Composition Milestones

A public record of sovereign governance layer compositions empirically observed inside the EVIDE Governance Lab. Each milestone documents what was submitted, what was observed, what was crystallized, and under which conditions.

Any system capable of emitting a structured governance artifact can enter the Lab as a sovereign layer -- without ceding authority, without direct integration, without architectural dependency.
